Attems Pinot Grigio Ramato takes up the tradition of the Republic of Venice, because "copper" was the word used to indicate Pinot Grigio. It comes from a particular vinification: the must remains in contact with the skins for about 10 hours and enriches the wine with a beautiful pink hue. The bouquet is intense and complex, with clear hints of white peach, melon, followed by fruity notes of blackberry, black cherry and an intriguing finish of undergrowth flowers. On the palate it is enveloping, with a pleasant acidity and a long finish of red fruit and mineral sensations.
