Details
Along the right bank of the Loire, the family of the Baron de
Ladoucette owns the largest property of Pouilly.
The House, originally from Névernais, has the largest
property of all the appellation and the cellars are located in the
Nozet castle in Pouilly-sur-Loire.
The Baroni de Ladoucette family owns the most
great property of all the appellation and the cellars are
site in the Nozet castle in Pouilly-sur-Loire.
The vinification takes place in small, temperature-controlled steel drums
and the aging, always in steel, lasts 2/3 years.
The richest and clayey soil of the Sancerre, gives wines
more structured, slower maturation, than can be
keep quietly up to five years.
