The Bollinger RD vintage 2007 (which means recently degorgiato) is a mixture composed of 66% of Pinot Noir and 34% of Chardonnay, coming from different meticulously selected land, of which 88% are classified as Grands Crus and 12% Premiers Crus . Only in the best years are selected by the Maison to benefit from a long aging process in chalky wine cellars.
