Details
The Cumières Brut Nature derives from the classic assembly of the three vines with a prevalence of chardonnay, coming from old vines of the Cumariot territory. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in foudres, the aging in oak barrels, with a break on the lees for 24-36 months and rest in bottles for 3-6 months. Without addition of dosage liquor.
