Vintage characterized by a continental and solar climate with a harsh and dry winter followed by a splendid sunny summer with almost no rainfall. At the time of harvest, the grapes were harvested to a perfect degree of ripeness, allowing the production of fruity wines, complex and of great freshness. The Vintage cuvée is put on the market after 4 years of maturation followed by 6 months of rest in bottle from the moment of dégorgement. The dosage is 9 g / l.
