Details
Etonnant Mr. Victor is above all a project and a family adventure. To develop this great vintage and the opposite of the current package selection trend, we have chosen to combine the expertise of multi-vintage Champagne assemblies. In parallel, we have used the artistic talents of Victor, our son, to personalize and design the labels and to give a truly unique character to each of these cuvées. Our ambition is to offer the best multi-vintage vintage that we can develop, we have focused our work on a rigorous selection of our best reserves of perpetual tanks, held in stainless steel, concrete and oak tanks, to which we assemble a part equivalent of our best vintage tank, resulting from the Chétillons terroir. The old wines educate the new wine that in turn enriches the assemblage for its specific character and its youth. To ensure optimal development of this vintage Chardonnay Grand Cru, we are aging Mr. Victor in the cellar for 5 years on a natural cork stopper. Note that the code associated with each of the cuvées refers on the one hand to the artist parodied by Victor (MK for Mourakami) and the base year of the assemblage (09 for 2009, 10 for 2010, etc ...)
