Details
The Les Maillons champagne is produced with only Pinot Noir grapes produced with vines over forty years old, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in small oak barrels for 6/8 months thanks to the indigenous yeasts, the wine does not undergo filtration and makes a 36 month aging. Extra brut
