Details
After the harvest, the grape clusters of all four vine varieties are left to wither, and only around mid-December is the pressing. After fermentation, aging is done for 36 months in new barriques. Finally, Amarone della Valpolicella DOC, from the Dal Forno Romano winery, is completed with two years of bottled rest. Sensual and persuasive, both in the nose and in the mouth, does not need other large presentations, given, among other things, the caliber of the company that produces it.
