There are 17 hectares that Noël and Jean-Claude cultivate and manage and from which grapes, vigorously and traditionally, produce a battery of impressive quality wines. They are the two of them who took the baton from their grandfather Pierre, one of the men who first introduced Burgundy but especially the Côte de Beaune all over the world. In 1994, at the death of Pierre, the domaine passed under the management of the two nephews, since his father André had never been directly involved. The Ramonet brothers are today among the major interpreters of the wine of Chassagne-Montrachet, a village in which the "terroir" is the master, through the nuances of Morgeot or Ruchottes. The result does not change in the red wines of the same appellation where the different Cru are well defined, both for the perfumes and for the persistence at the tasting. Wines of great depth both in white and red for one of the most revered Domaine of Burgundy.
