Details
This rare still wine from Champagne comes from old vines of fine pinot noir - an ancient variety of pinot noir from Burgundy - located in Ambonnay, Grand Cru village. It is vinified in purity and follows an aging in oak barrels, partly new and partly in the first step, for about 20 months. No filtrations are performed.
