Details
Traditional method: natural fermentation without adding yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Ancient splinting technique or hat immersion for up to 90 days. This process allows an elegant transfer of wine as it preserves some of the noble elements found in hides. Six months in steel tanks, four years in large capacity Slavonian oak barrels (35-50 hl) and a subsequent refinement in the bottle
