The history of Il Marroneto begins in 1974, in two small rooms of a historic building dating back to 1246. An old chestnut drying machine (chestnuts), where the Mori family begins, a bit for fun and a little passion, to produce the his Brunello. A few bottles, whose purpose was to translate into perfumes and flavors that culture of "making wine", which was not yet the prerogative of bussines, but only the expression of a land, a tradition and a magnificently generous nature.
