Details
The Chianti Classico Gran Selezione 2013 of Isole e Olena is obtained with grapes: 90% Sangiovese, 7% Cabernet Franc, 2% Syrah, 1% Petit Verdot. Manual harvest; 3-week fermentation for Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot and 2 weeks for Syrah; 2 years in new barriques for 1/3 and 6 months in large barrels; 2 years in the bottle.
Only 1200 bottles are produced
