Details
The Closerie Fac-simile is the second label of Prévost. It comes, like La Closerie Les Béguines, from the only small family vineyard, located in the Mountain of Reims. The grapes are vinified completely in barrique, one part with white vinification and one part vinified in red and added to the white cuvée after fermentation. Aging in wood, resting on the lees for 24 months, zero dosage. A Rosé of great vitality and aromatic breadth
