The Paleo Rosso & egrave; born in 1989. & Egrave; the wine that most is; yes it is evolved over time: born as a classic Bordeaux blend, it is; transformed in 2001 into a 100% Cabernet Franc. A beautiful story of obstinacy and challenge to the stereotype of the Cabernet Franc difficult to produce even more; in purity. The Paleo Rosso is called today one of the symbols of Bolgheri despite its absolute diversity; and originality & agrave; and it is one of Cabernet Franc pi & ugrave; famous in the world. The word Paleo comes from the common name to indicate the Festuca Pratensis (from the Graminaceous family), a spontaneous grass of the Tuscan Coast. P>
