Denomination: Barolo DOCG
Vinification: from small but important vineyards between the towns of Castiglione Falletto, Monforte, Barolo and Novello with average age of vines between 7 and 35 years. Calcareous-clay soil. Gouyot breeding system with an average density per hectare of 4,800 plants and a production of 30 to 40 hl per hectare. All the individual crus are vinified and aged separately and in different ways so as to individually enhance the typical characteristics of "terroir".
Aging: after 24 months of aging in wood, they are assembled 8 months before bottling.
